Transfer Policy
Your PAID registration may be transferred one time to another person:
- Until May 31, 2013: At no charge.
- From June 1 – 12, 2013: $10 administrative fee
- After June 12, 2013: No transfers will be issued.
Refund Policy
The V3con refund policy is as follows:
- Until March 31, 2013: Deadline to request full refund.
- From April 1, 2013 – May 31, 2013: 50% of registration fee refunded.
- From June 1, 2013 – June 12, 2013: 25% of registration fee refunded.
- After June 12, 2013: No refunds will be issued.
All transfer and refund requests must be submitted in writing by the current registrant by the deadlines above.
